Western blot analysis of Trypanosoma brucei brucei cells showing detection of ~71 kDa TbHsp70 protein using Rabbit Anti-TbHsp70 Polyclonal Antibody. Lane 1: Molecular Weight Ladder (MW). Lane 2: Cells incubated for 1 hour at 37°C. Lane 3: Cells incubated for 1 hour at 42°C. Load: 15 μg. Block: 5% Skim Milk in 1X TBST.
