Antibody is used in Western blot to detect SET9 in mouse brain tissue lysate.

Western blot analysis of SET9 using rabbit polyclonal SET9 Antibody using 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the SET9 gene (Lane 2).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.

Western blot analysis in MCF-7 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane).
