Western blot analysis of hRIPK3-E504 in K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). RIPK3 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Western blot analysis of hRIPK3-E504 in mouse cerebellum tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). RIPK3 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma tissue reacted with RIP3 (RIPK3) antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
