Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Mouse IgG, anti-Mouse IgG F(ab’)2 and anti-Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Mouse IgG F(c) or anti-Papain. |
