    SourceHigh-5 Insect cells
Biological ActivityBiological activity was determined by its ability to neutralize 0.25 ng/mL of hTNFB induced cytotoxicity on murine L929 cells. The expected ED50 for this effect is 1.3 - 1.9 μg/mL of HVEM - Fc.

StorageThe lyophilized HVEM-Fc recombinant protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20°C. Reconstituted HVEM-Fc is stable for at least 3 months when stored in working aliquots with a carrier protein at -20°C. As with any protein, exposing HVEM-Fc recombinant protein to repeated freeze / thaw cycles is not recommended. When working with proteins care should be taken to keep recombinant protein at a cool and stable temperature.
