Purity | HRP Conjugated Secondary Antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins. |
Conjugation | HRP |
Storage | Store Secondary Antibody at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge HRP Conjugated Secondary Antibody if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. |

ELISA Results of purified Goat Anti-Human IgG Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated (Min X Bv Ch Gt GP Ham Hs Ms Rb Rt Sh Serum Proteins) tested against purified Human IgG HRP. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Human IgG (p/n orb346219). The working dilution is 1:36500. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using HRP Conjugation Stabilizer and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
