Dot Blot Results of Rabbit Anti-Human IgG HRP Conjugated Antibody. Human IgG sample loaded 1- 100 ng, 2- 33.3 ng, 3- 11.1 ng, 4- 3.7 ng, 5- 1.2 ng. Rabbit Anti-Human IgG Peroxidase Conjugated Antibody 1:1000 for 60 mins at RT. Blocking Buffer for Fluorescent Western Blotting (p/n orb348637) for 1hr at RT.

ELISA results of Rabbit anti-Human IgG Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated tested against purified Human IgG protein. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Human IgG (p/n orb346219). The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution.
