PurityThis product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgG, Human IgG F(ab’)2 and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgG F(c).

Application notesAnti-Human IgG F(ab')2 Biotin Antibody has been tested by ELISA and is assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin #S000-03 and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:30,000 to 1:120,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Expiration Date12 months from date of receipt.
    Human IgG F(ab')2 antibody (Biotin)

ELISA Results of Rabbit Anti-Human IgG F(ab')2 Antibody Biotin Conjugate tested against purified Human IgG F(ab')2 Biotin. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Human IgG F(ab')2 (p/n orb346221). The working dilution is 1:34600. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using HRP Conjugate Stabilizer, Streptavidin-HRP conjugated (p/n orb348767), and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).

This product was prepared from normal serum by delipidation, salt fractionation, ion exchange chromatography followed by pepsin digestion and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Human IgG, anti-Human IgG F(ab’)2 and anti-Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Human IgG F(c) or anti-Pepsin.
