Human IgG Fab fragment assayed by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Human Serum, anti- Human IgG and anti- Human IgG F(ab’)2. No reaction was observed against anti- Human IgG F(c) or anti-Papain.
