Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Horse IgM and Horse Serum. No reaction was observed against Horse IgG. |

| Application notes | Anti-Horse IgM Peroxidase conjugate has been tested by ELISA and dot blot. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Horse IgM in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:3,000 to 1:15,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |

Dot Blot results of Rabbit Anti-Horse IgM Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated. Dots are Horse IgM at (1) 100 ng, (2) 33.3 ng, (3) 11.1 ng, (4) 3.70 ng, (5) 1.23 ng. Blocking: orb348637 for 30 min at RT. Primary Antibody: Rabbit Anti-Horse IgM Antibody HRP at 10 µg/ml for 1hr at RT. Secondary Antibody: none.
