• Purity: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG, Goat IgG F(ab')2 and Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against Goat IgG F(c) or Human Serum Proteins.

• Application notes: Anti-Goat IgG F(ab')2 Peroxidase Antibody has been tested by ELISA. This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Goat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:8,000 to 1:62,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

ELISA results of purified Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG F(ab')2 Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated tested against purified Goat IgG F(ab')2. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Goat IgG F(ab')2. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody.
