• Purity: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Guinea Pig IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Guinea Pig IgG and Guinea Pig Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c).

• Application notes: F(ab')2 Anti-Guinea Pig IgG Peroxidase Antibody has been tested by ELISA and is assayed against 1.0 ug of Guinea Pig IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:40,000 is suggested for this product.

ELISA Results of F(ab')2 Goat Anti-Guinea Pig IgG Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Guinea Pig IgG (p/n orb2652762). The working dilution is 93100. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using 3% Fish Gel/PBS and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
