Purity | Fab Anti-MOUSE IgG (H&L) was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, papain digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Papain or anti-Rabbit IgG F(c). |
Conjugation | HRP |

Application notes | Fab Anti-MOUSE IgG (H&L) is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. |
