• Purity: Anti-DOG IgG F(c) (GOAT) Antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Dog IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Dog IgG, Dog IgG F(c) and Dog Serum. No reaction was observed against Dog IgG F(ab).

• Application notes: Anti-DOG IgG F(c) Biotin Conjugated Antibody has been tested by ELISA and is assayed against 1.0 ug of Dog IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin #S000-03 and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:40,000 to 1:130,000 is suggested for this product.

ELISA Results of Goat Anti-Dog IgG F(c) Antibody Biotin Conjugated tested against purified Dog IgG F(c). Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Dog IgG F(c) (p/n orb346079). The working dilution is 1:88000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using HRP stabilizer, Streptavidin HRP conjugated (p/n orb348767) and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
