Flow-cytometry using anti-CD8alpha/Lyt-2 antibody YTS 169.4. Mouse lymphocytes were stained with an anti-CD44 control (3.0 - panel A) or the rmeric version of YTS 169.4 (orb1672186 - panel B) at a concentration of 1 ug/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing- bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-ribody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.

Flow-cytometry using the anti-CD8 alpha/Lyt-2 antibody YTS 169.4. Mouse thymocytes were stained with unimmunized r antibody (black line) or the rmeric version of YTS 169.4 (orb1672186 - blue line) at a concentration of 10 ug/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing- bound antibody was detected using anti-r JK (FITC-conjugate) antibody (129936) at 2 ug/ml and cells analyzed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.
