• Application notes: This antibody can be used for the detection of the BRAF V600E mutation. This antibody is useful in the diagnosis and targeted therapy for papillary thyroid carcinoma. The binding characterization of this antibody for BRAF V660E mutation was done using ELISA. The IgG1 version of the antibody binds the BRAF V600E mutation with a dissociation constant of 0.04 nM and IC50 of the IgG1 antibody against A375 cells was 42nM. This antibody was used in the generation of immunomagnetic beads for the detection of BRAF V600E mutation (CN111285935).
