25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell extracts was loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. 3 ug/ml of the antibody was used in this experiment.

APOE antibody - N-terminal region (orb333723) validated by WB using 721_B cell lysate at 1.0 ug/ml. There is BioGPS gene expression data showing that APOE is expressed in 721_B.
