Anti-Vimentin Purified

Immunoprecipitation of vimentin from HeLa cell lysate by antibody VI-10 and its detection by antibody VI-01. IgM heavy chain (76-92 kDa) and IgM light chain (25-30 kDa) indicated. Mr of vimentin is 57 kDa. Lr = lysate (reducing conditions); Lnr = lysate (non-reducing conditions); IPr = immunoprecipitate (reducing conditions); IPnr = immunoprecipitate (non-reducing conditions).

Anti-Vimentin Purified

Immunocytochemistry staining of chicken postnatal erythrocytes. Tubulin (red) was stained with anti-alpha-tubulin (TU-01; cat. no. orb44529), vimentin (green) with anti-Vimentin (VI-10). Nuclei are stained with DAPI (blue).

Anti-Vimentin Purified

Immunohistochemistry staining of human skin (paraffin sections) using anti-vimentin (VI-10).

Anti-Vimentin Purified

Western blotting analysis of human vimentin using mouse monoclonal antibody VI-10 on lysates of MOLT-4 cell line (low expression), U87 cell line (positive) and Raji cell line (negative control) under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with 2 µg/ml of mouse anti-vimentin monoclonal antibody followed by IRDye800-conjugated anti-mouse secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for vimentin at approximately 55 kDa.
