Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human TFRC mAb (orb1291112). (A) orb1291112 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express TFRC. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1291112 was seen compared to the control when incubated with TFRC-expressing Siha cells, indicating strong binding of orb1291112 to TFRC. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
