Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with anti-CRP P24. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HepG2 cells stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of P24 (orb1463341) (1:1000 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1500 dilution), showing nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom orb1463341, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was anti-fluorescein antibody (orb256390) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
Western Blot using anti-CRP antibody P24. Human liver(A) (0.0003 µg/ml), kidney(B) (0.0003 µg/ml), staining in human plasma(C) (0.001 µg/ml) and staining in human serum(D) (0.01 µg/ml) tissue lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) wer resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of P24 (orb1463341) before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
