Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Donkey Serum, Sheep IgG and Sheep Serum. No reaction was observed against Chicken, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit and Rat Serum Proteins.

• Application notes: This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code # NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:3,000 to 1:14,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher.
